Q. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 100+ countries with DHL Express which takes 4-14 days depending on where you are based.

Please note that tax and customs duty can be applied, and the receiver has the full responsibility of paying any custom duties. 

 

Q. How much do I pay for taxes and duties?

Unfortunately this is something that we cannot tell. You will have to check with your city council or your countries customs information. It will also depend on the value of the items you order. 

 

Q. The parcel arrived but it's broken/missing item(s). What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to fix these issues with our customers and correct the errors when contacted within 14 days.

 

Q. Where is my parcel?

You will automatically get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed. If you haven't, please don't forget to check your spam/ junk folder.

Q. My parcel hasn't been moving for a while or has been delayed. What is happening?

Please wait for enough time frame before contacting us as most of parcels are being delivered within the given-estimated time frame even when delayed.

To see what is happening, please contact the shipping courier as this will be the fastest option to hear back from them or you can contact us and we will contact them (*this way will take a little longer than directly contacting the courier yourself.)

 

Q. It says that my parcel has been delivered, but I didn't receive anything.

Please check if the parcel is received by someone else (your neighbor or family member) and look around the house if it's left in a safe area. If you believe that the parcel has not been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number or contact us.

 

Q. I placed an order but want to add some more item(s), can I?

If your order hasn't been processed, we can help you with adding items into your order. However, if your order is already processed, unfortunately you will have to place another order with shipping fee.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Circumstances that we do NOT offer a refund or replacement

  • We do NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on 1:1 Training.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on Online training as all the material including booklets and videos are automatically sent once an order is placed.

  • We do NOT offer refunds when the shipment was sent back to us due to failure from the recipients.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on products that are in a used condition.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on products if you are not getting the results you are expecting.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on parcels that have been marked authority to leave, with signature release.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on parcels that have been declared a successful delivery through Aus Post/ DHL investigation.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used/opened items, sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (3-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your parcel has been deemed lost on return confirmation of this from the courier will need to be provided in order to release the refund.
