INSTRUCTIONS: Simply use the Y-Tool to isolate the lashes on the shields with balm/glue adhesive.
HOW TO CLEAN: Simply place tool in warm water with Barbicide & allow to sit. Wait 10-20 minutes, Then soak in clean water for 5 minutes. Gently wipe any excess product with a clean cotton pad.
